Please note that live specimens and perishable items are subject to our Arrive Alive Guarantee and follow a specialized claims process.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
